We admit we are addicted to inexpensive (and free) high-quality videoconferencing and presentation / PC sharing. These services eliminate much of the need to fly for working sessions and presentations...
Unbelieveably easy - virtually no set up, just a few mouse clicks. The online training videos (am I sounding like an evangelist yet) are terrific.
We favor Webex because it works with PC, Mac and Linux for everything from budgeting, to technical and business plan reviews. Working sessions have lasted over five hours with little fatigue. Script reviews and video intervews.
We have eliminated flights and cut hotel budgets by tens of thousands of dollars in just a few months. We are closing a company apartment too.
In this case, forget Use Half - we are probably using 1/100th of what the energy we were consuming before...
